Hey! My names Trace. My fitness journey started at the ripe young age of 12 years old, thanks to my dad getting me a gym membership for my birthday. At first, all I cared about was getting bigger and stronger for football. But everything changed during my junior year when I started working with a coach of my own. That’s when I realized just how big of a role nutrition plays—not just in performance, but in how you feel every single day..

In just one year, I went from being an average player to first-team all-state and team captain. But my journey didn’t stop there. By my senior year, I bulked up to 280 pounds, and after football was over, I knew I needed a change. I dedicated myself to nutrition and training in a whole new way and by graduation I had dropped 80 pounds! That transformation completely changed my quality of life—it wasn’t just about looking different, but feeling better in every way.

Since then, I’ve been fully committed to living a healthy and dedicated lifestyle and helping others achieve their own transformations. I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with weight, performance, and energy levels, and I also know what’s possible when you dial in your nutrition and balance other lifestylfactors. My goal as a coach is simple: to help you unlock and improve the best version of yourself, just like I did and continue to do.

Outside the gym, I find balance in everyday moments that keep me grounded. My three dogs—Buzz, Tazz, and Louie—bring energy to my days, whether we’re out for a walk or playing at the park. I also value time with family and friends, whose support plays a big role in my life. Always looking to improve, I stay engaged with new research, attend workshops, and connect with others in the field—continually refining my coaching approach to better support those I work with.
